ECC Operations Hub privacy and security
This private application is operated by ElderCare Connections for authorized care-management staff.
Microsoft authentication
Sign-in is completed on Microsoft’s login service. ElderCare Connections does not request, receive, or store Microsoft passwords. The application uses Microsoft Entra ID with the authorization-code flow and PKCE.
Application data
Operational records remain in the ElderCare Connections Microsoft Dataverse environment. Access is governed by the signed-in user’s Microsoft and Dataverse permissions.
Session security
Authentication tokens are kept in session storage for the current browser session. Authentication callback responses and protected application data are not stored by the application service worker.
